I have had Megan Corson as a personal trainer for seven years. During that time I have lost 43 pounds, my cholesterol, blood sugars, and triglycerides have come down and my overall health has greatly improved. Megan is a constant encouragement! When I have had a knee and shoulder injury, she was able to adjust my workouts to accommodate the injury yet still stay on track towards my goals. Megan is able to look at the whole picture of health–diet along with eating habits,exercise, and stress factors that impede progress. She has helped to develop plans that can be used when she is not there to push you. I believe that she would be a tremendous asset to anyone looking to improve their health regardless of where they are at this time.
