Megan really understands that when it comes to exercise, we’re not all created equal! She completely grasps the concept that personal training is, well… personal. Our workouts are made just for me, changing as I change, challenging me when I need it, but not killing me with routines I’m not ready for yet. But don’t get me wrong, she’s no push-over! Words like “I’ll try,” or “I can’t,” just aren’t in her vocabulary – Try them sometime and what you’ll hear back is, “Yes you can!” At the end, though dripping wet and tired beyond belief, you’ll thank her for the motivation and think to yourself, “Wow! I did it!”
Megan has not only given me great advice on nutrition and how to lead a healthy lifestyle, but she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and how to best stimulate the right set of muscles to achieve your goals. I have been training with her for over five years and can’t imagine what life would have been like without seeing her cheery face three times a week. Thanks Megan!
