Our memberships give you the choice to come as much as you need. These classes stay small, no more than 8, so our trainers can give you the attention you deserve.
Unlimited membership – designed to give you 3 strength training workouts each week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then on Tuesday and Thursday we work on your joint stability and flexibility to help you recover and get rid of nagging aches and pains.
12 Strong Membership – 3 strength training workouts each week on Mon, Wed, Friday. We focus on total body workouts designed to get your metabolism revved up while focusing on proper form.
8 Strong Membership – 2 workouts each week on Tuesday and Thursday that focus on your joint stability and flexibility to help you recover and get rid of nagging aches and pains.
