If you are looking to move better, feel better and look better:

Then come join us at, MADESTRONG’s next 6 week challenge! We limit class size to 8 people per class with class times offered Monday – Friday.  This program is unlike any other program available because you receive support 7 days a week from your MADESTRONG Trainers! This is YOUR time to not only transform your outer exterior, but change your unhealthy habits and behaviors. This program gives you the foundation of healthy skills you can use for yourself and family for the rest of your life.

What we provide:


  • During the orientation we will introduce you to our studio, layout our nutritional plan, invite you into our private Facebook support group and take you through a fitness assessment.

30 Classes over 6 weeks with a personal trainer at MADESTRONG

  • Class size stays small, 8 maximum per class, so we can focus on your form and you get the attention you deserve.
  • Each class lasts 40 minutes and is full of bodyweight, TRX, and functional training movements.
  • 3 Class times available every M-F for you to choose from. We do ask you try to workout at the same time.

Customized nutrition plan

  • You will learn how to pair the right proteins, fats, and carbs to each meal.
  • Grocery store tour with a registered dietitian, to show you what to actually look for at the when shopping.
  • Approved food list to help with meal prep.

Private Support Group

  • Full of motivational images, shared meal images, recipe ideas, and post workout conversations.
  • We are available 7 days a week for you to answer questions and provide support and guidance through phone calls, texts, and private messaging. This is something we provide our private personal training clients but you are getting it at a fraction of the price.

What we ask from you:

  3. Interact within the support group as much as you can.

- YOU will learn health, nutrition and exercise fundamentals, YOU will receive 7 days a week accountability help from your certified personal trainer, YOU will receive 30 classes led by a certified personal trainer, YOU will learn to nutritional habit and meet with a dietitian, YOU will reduce your stress through a meditation workshop, YOU will learn self-trigger point techniques to loosen tight muscles and help prevent injuries, YOU will complete a physical fitness assessment because knowing where you start helps you stay focused.
