But the problem is if you start exercising without knowing HOW to exercise or more importantly preparing your body for exercise, you greatly increase you chances of failing to stick with it because of nagging injuries, excessive soreness, lack of results or some other factor.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey it is never to late to retrain the way you exercise.

Our MoveStrong program is about conditioning the body back to its true potential. We will help teach you how to rid yourself of nagging pains so you want to get out and MOVE.

Our trainers want to teach you how to prepare for any exercise program in 3 months using what we call our 4 Pillars.
  1. Fitness Goals: What is your desired end-result?
  2. Mobility Training: We teach you how to move through mobility stretches designed to strengthen weaknesses and increase your range of motion, balance, power, coordination, stability, and body control.
  3. Nutrition Simplicity: A simplified approach to understanding how to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, and why to eat food.
  4. Exercise For Life: We let you exercise. Take what you have learned and continue your journey with us or go out and run trails, join a gym or get equipment for your house.

You will have the knowledge and your body will be ready for what ever you want to try!!

  • When – 6-7 am Tuesdays, Thursdays & 8 am Saturdays
