When Is The Right Time?

“Now!” Now is your time, your time to accomplish the things you have been putting off. Take “starting tomorrow” out of your mindset. Today is the day that you are going to start the path that you are destined to travel.

God truly made life simple, it is us who choose to complicate things. I challenge everyone to choose something you would like to change or improve in your life. Ask yourself, “What is it that I want?” “What has kept it from happening?” I want you to ask yourself this question over and over, dig deeper, layer after layer. Find every excuse you have, lay it on the table. Now, make this promise to yourself, “I will not allow these excuses to interfere with me achieving this goal.” Say it again! Again! Don’t feel silly… You are your number one fan, you are getting your heart and mind on the same page. These excuses no longer have the power or control to keep you in constant limbo.

Tomorrow when you wake up you are going to write down what you want to achieve and how you are going to do it. If it is losing weight, write down the plan. Meals being prepped, workout what is going to happen. Make these non-negotiable. I mean that, every morning say, “I will complete……..,” it is non-negotiable, this is going to happen today. I hear the excuse all the time, “I’m too tired to exercise.” Well I hate to burst your bubble “excuse” but do it anyway, 9 out of 10 times you will have more energy after you complete that workout you didn’t want to do.

I challenge you to change your mindset, change your attitude. Don’t look at things in a negative light, look at the positives. For some of us, this can be hard but if you practice this day after day, pushing the negatives and excuses aside like anything else, you will begin to adapt this as a part of your life. And let me tell you this, this is the life worth living. This will allow you to see how great you are and there is nothing in this world that can keep you from achieving the level of greatness that you deserve!

So, when is the right time to start? “Now!” Now is the time for you to shine.
