What makes MADESTRONG different!

Whether you are new to working out or just want to try something different, I can ensure you that MADESTRONG studio can be the place for you. Many times the gym can be an intimidating place especially when you have no clue what to do. Our goal at MADESTRONG is to provide an intimate fitness experience completing a work out in half the time that it takes you to do at the gym. We realize that in a fast-paced society it leaves little time for one to take time out for themselves. We offer a piece of equipment called the 3G platform that will help accelerate your workout.
Whole Body Vibration/Acceleration training has been found to be 54% more effective than traditional aerobics and strength training in producing the visceral fat loss, and those using WBV/Acceleration Training were able to keep the weight off long term.”

Well we have a certified trainer on staff to help assist every member through a workout while providing guidance and exercise suggestions. Each member will have access to come in at their own convenience and do a workout in 30 minutes.

Are you curious how it works?

Whole Body Vibration/Acceleration training on the 3G platform forces your muscles to contract resulting in dramatic improvement in strength, power, flexibility, balance, tone and leanness. The 3G platform vibrates in three dimensions, or three planes; vertical, horizontal and sagittal (front to back).” If you apply 30 Hz (30 cycles per second) for 30 seconds,  you are triggering/stimulating your neuromuscular system a total of 900 times in just half a minute. This means you can train athlete status with about 12–25 minutes of WBV/Acceleration training, three days a week, and yet it’s gentle enough to be suitable even for the elderly in the disabled  So WBV/Acceleration training is suitable for every fitness level and every age. There are only a few exclusions, pregnancy and any type of retinal surgery are not recommended for vibration training. But we will offer different exercises for those clients.
